CORRESPONDENCE DIARY ON VIDEO, LIFE STYLE INSTALLATION AND WEIRD NOISE
We have been friends for 15 years. This is our first exhibition together. It’s like two extraordinary artists killed with one stone.
KAKSI KÄRPÄSTÄ/TWO BIRDS is our video diary during one year. In August 2005 we started to send a mini-DV cassette in the mail between Helsinki and Berlin. Both of us shot glimpses on to the tape without ever checking the material.

Niina Braun’s installation „ Du, der du weißt wer ich war, sag es jemandem.“ (Do you happen to know, where’s duubi daabi daa?)
And Teemu Tuonela’s works are treasures, sentimental non-bullshit.
