In the performance “stay (I want you to stay)” with the same title as her solo exhibition, Lena Schwingshandl explores how to take in a space and still make others feel welcome. In a mix of spoken words and singing performance – combining her own words with popular song texts – she shares an intimate stream of thoughts on sharing spaces, inviting people in and asking someone to stay.
