How to make the First Book.
• All artists taking part in Galleria Huuto are invited.
• Each artist is offered one opening in the book.
• The participants are divided randomly into six working groups.
• Each working group prepares one chapter for the book.
• Six persons outside of Huuto are invited to give titles for the chapters.
• The titles are kept secret and sealed in envelopes.
• One envelope is given to each group.
• The first artist in the group opens the envelope and makes a work based on the title.
• The work of the first artist is given to the next artist in the group, who makes a work based on the previous work, without seeing the original title.
• The method is to comment and reflect on the previous work with images and text without seeing the whole chain of works.
• When all the groups have finished their work, the chapters are put together with the titles.
• The first letter from each chapter title is taken to make the title for the book.
• The book is ready.
